Until a few decades ago this type of flour was used exclusively until it was discovered that the extreme milling of the flour led to the creation of a thinner product that gave a softer and whiter bread. Whole-wheat flour leads to baked goods that are more rustic and flavourful to the palate.

Production

The DIVELLA whole-wheat flour is obtained by grinding national (Italian) and foreign soft wheat.

Cooking suggestions

This flour can be used to make whole-wheat bread as well as pizza. To make whole-wheat pizza dough, replace half the quantity of your usual pizza flour with this whole-wheat flour.
