These canned tomatoes are perfect for pizza sauce and any traditional Italian red sauce such as “bolognese” or “ragu”. For the pizza sauce, simply hope the canned tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, a bit of sugar and salt to taste, and blend the whole thing together.
