PRODUCTION
Teflon extruders give the DIVELLA pasta a better consistency and firmness (a smooth surface) which enables it to stand up better to pre-cooking as used in many large-scale catering establishments, but also to express the quality of the pasta for restaurants and, obviously, home-cooks. It retains a greater resistance and elasticity of the cooked pasta. Bright golden sun-yellow in colour, it is always wonderfully clear so as to be able to see through to the heart of the pasta to check the quality of the semolina.
COOKING SUGGESTIONS
“Arrabiata” is found in many traditional Italian restaurants or osterias. Originating from the Lazio region, it is a spicy sauce made of garlic, tomatoes and dried red chilies.
